The Nitro MiniCon comic convention will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Nitro Living Memorial Park, corner of 2nd Avenue and 21st Street, Nitro.
The 1991 Poca High School 30th Year Class Reunion will be held at 6 p.m. at Rio Grande in Nitro. The class will later go to the Mardi Gras Casino.
The Winfield Nazarene Church, 10822 Winfield Road, Winfield, will be holding a sphagetti dinner fundraiser drive-through for Jeramie Gibson, who needs a kidney transplant. The cost is $8 per meal.

There will be a fundraiser for the Heart of Phoenix horse rescue organization from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Paint and Sip, 948 4th Avenue #101, Huntington. $45 includes an evening of guided painting. Bring a snack and your favorite drink.
