MONDAYS THROUGH NOVEMBER 1
The Ultimate Frisbee League will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Valley Park in Hurricane. League costs are 25$ per player for the season. For more information, call (304) 562-0518.

The Putnam County Farmers’ Market will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Valley Park, Hurricane.

NOW – OCTOBER 30
The Haunted Majestic, a floating seasonal haunted attraction, will be open from 7 to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Haunted Majestic is located at Majestic Landing just north of Robert Newlon Airport at the end of Kyle Lane, off WV Route 2 five miles north of Huntington. The Barboursville Haunted Trail will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The tour starts near the Skate Park at the Dead End of Central Avenue. Tickets are $6.
Visit the corn maze at Cooper Family Farms, 1302 W Main Street, Milton. Hours are Fridays from 5 to 10 p.m.; Saturdays from noon to 10 p.m.; and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. Call 304-634-1722 for more information or to make reservations.

OCTOBER 22 – 24
Experience the largest collaboration of community and educational theatre in West Virginia with Appalachian Artists Collective production of The Telltale Lilac bush, adapted by A.E. Gill after Ruth Ann Musick, with original music and lyrics, from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Barboursville Park Amphitheater. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors. OCTOBER 22 – 23
The Buffalo Welcome Center, located in the town’s historic square, will be holding an open house on Friday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. This will be to celebrate the Buffalo High School’s 100th birthday.
There will be a homemade baked goods sale hosted by the Buffalo Church of God WCG at the Sweet Buy & Bye Shoppe in Buffalo. Shoppe opens at 10 a.m. – while supplies last.
Valley Park in Hurricane will be hosting Spookyville from 5 to 9 p.m. There will be trick-or-treat, crafts, vendors, food trucks, spooky stories, and more.

OCTOBER 22
There will be a Haunted Corn Maze at 7 p.m. at Cooper Family Farms, 1302 W Main Street, Milton. Call 304-634-1722 if you need directions.
So-Kai Kidz Clubhouse will be hosting Halloween kids’ crafts34 at 11 a.m. at the Commons at Valley Park in Hurricane. Kidz Art, ages K-5th grade $15; Messy Masterpieces Ages 2-6 (kid crafts) $10

OCTOBER 23
The CARES (Community Autism Resources & Education Systems) 2nd Annual Sensory Spooktacular will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at Camp Appalachia in Scott Depot. For more information, go to http://www.wvcaresfor autism.org

The Hurricane First Church of the Nazarene, 358 US Route 60, Hurricane, will be holding Trunk or Treat at 3 p.m. There will be hayrides, popcorn, and a showing of “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.”

There will be a cookout at Kirtley Insurance in Hurricane from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

OCTOBER 25
Mountain State Christian School will be holding a fall carnival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the school, located at 1948 Martin Lane, Culloden.
There will be a fall festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Vivian Dreblow Avon Beauty, 3216 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane.

OCTOBER 29 – NOVEMBER 19

Main Street Trick or Treat in Hurricane will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.

OCTOBER 27
