Guyandotte Civil War Days will be held at the Madie Carroll House, 234 Guyan Street, Huntington. Presentations by local historians at the Methodist church at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; home tours and demonstrations from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Please wear masks.

NOVEMBER 5 – 6

The Charleston Coin Club will be held at the Charleston Civic Center, in Parlor D, Charleston. The show will be held between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday. There is no admission fee.

Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle will be having a flea market, hot dog/bbq and baked goods sale from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at its Activity Building located at 115 Steele Street, Dunbar.
There will be a beginner yoga workshop from 10 a.m. to noon at Grounded In Peace, 3465 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane. The cost is $50. Call (304) 857-1601 to register.
The United Methodist Women of Forrest Burdette Memorial United Methodist Church, 2848 Putnam Avenue, Hurricane are sponsoring the Fall Festival Crafts, Vendors and Book event from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The American Legion Post 187 will be holding Veteran’s Appreciation Day in front of the Putnam County Judicial Building in Winfield at 2 p.m.
The Putnam Bridal Expo will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at Valley Park in Hurricane. Tickets are $5.

NOVEMBER 10
Valley Park will be celebrating the three year anniversary of the Fairy Door Trail from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. All events take place at Shelter 1.

NOVEMBER 13 – 14
The Ironton Wizardfest, a Harry Potter fan festival, will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ro-Na Theater, 312 S 2nd Street, Ironton, Ohio. For tickets and more information, go to www.ironton wizardfest.com
