The Nitro Citywide Yard Sale will be held from 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The Town of Bancroft will be holding a citywide yard sale starting at 8 a.m.
The Sweet Buy and Bye Shoppe, Route 62, Buffalo, will be holding their 5th year anniversary celebration starting at 11 a.m. Thoz Guyz will be performing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
There will be a homeschool cirriculum swap from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, 2150 Mount Vernon Road, Hurricane.
There will be a community backpack packing day at Teays Valley Nazarene, 3937 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, starting at 10 a.m.
Lee’s Studio of Dance will be holding a 20th anniversary show at Valley Park in Hurricane. Doors open at noon; showtime is at 1 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door.

From 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., the Rally on the Levee is hosting a Charity Ride-In event at Katherine’s Cafe, 4 Bank Street, Nitro. This event will benefit cystic fibrosis research and awareness. Breakfast is $10 per plate, and registration is $20 per SXS ATV

The Ezekiel Project, Winfield United Methodist Church, and St John United Methodist Church will be holding a Community Block Party at 4 p.m. at the Teays Valley Kroger.

West Virginia American Water Fitness Friday: Walk on the trails at the Putnam County Fairgound in Eleanor starting at 10 a.m.
There will be a blood drive from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce at Area 34, 971 WV Route 34, Teays Valley.
There will be a foam dance party for children ages 1 – 6 at 6 p.m. at the Foam Garage, 2716 Putnam Avenue, Hurricane. The cost is $8 per child.
