The Hurricane Little League 8-10 All-Star Team was honored at The August 7th Hurricane City Council Meeting. The team was the WV State Champion, finishing the district and state tournaments with a perfect 10-0 record. They went on to the Southeast regional where they split 4 games, with losses to Georgia and champion North Carolina and wins against Virginia and South Carolina. Throughout their 14 games the group outscored their opponents 133-46 and held 7 opponents to a run or less.
Team members are Kate Estep, Aubree Craig, Keegan Ryan, Layla Bailey, Rylee Caldwell, Kinley Ogle, Harper Hutchison, Marylynn Antoine, Madelyn Dye, Isabella Kelly, Brynley Hunt and Brooke Wilson.
