Lindsey Kessell’s Grand Champion Steer was purchased by Putnam County Bank.
The 2025 Putnam County Fair 4-H Livestock held at the fairgrounds in Eleanor on Friday, July 18, produced more than $550,000 in sales.
More than one hundred businesses, organizations, and individuals purchased eggs, rabbits, lambs, goats, heifers, feeder calves, and steers at the auction.
Buyers rewarded 166 4-H’ers for their efforts with bids and add-ons totaling $551,687.10.
