Friday, October 3, was Homecoming for Hurricane High School. Festivities began at 6 p.m. with the annual parade on Teays Valley Road from Glad Tidings church to the high school. The day closed with the Hurricane Redskins football team defeating the St. Albans Red Dragonsby a score of 44 to 22. During half time festivities, Kailey Guess was named the 2025 Hurricane Homecoming Queen.
