Skill from every age group was on display during cornhole tournament competition.
Visitors to the Hometown Senior Center had a good time at the Hometown Hootenanny, held last Saturday, October 18. This fun event, which serves as a fundraiser for the center, featured a cornhole tournament, handmade crafts by seniors, a petting zoo, face painting, music, and other fun things.
The Hometown Senior Center depends upon fundraisers like the Hootenanny to raise money for activities and trips. set up in the parking lot, and the center’s thrift shop was open for business. A variety of donated items were raffled off to benefit the center and its travel and activities fund.
