Energy consumption is bad because it results in increases of greenhouse gases and makes the planet less able to support a population which uses Data Centers. Data Centers are also bad because the facilities require water. Wanting water is not good because there is not enough water for both the population which uses Data Centers and the population which does not use Data Centers. The water that is available is not suitable for use by either population because it is dirty. Dirty water is bad because it shortens life expectancy (the time that Data Center users may use Data Center data).

Data Centers are not all bad. Data Centers allow human beings to enjoy lifestyles which were impossible before so much data was made available by which people could enjoy Data Centers. Data Centers have become a necessity. Artificial Intelligence is dependent upon Data Centers. Without Data Centers, Artificial Intelligence would cease and the human race would be reduced to dependency upon natural intelligence.
