• Bulls, Bands, and Barrels feat. The Creekers & The Jack Wharff Band will be coming to the Marshall Health Network Arena in Huntington. World-class bull riders, lightning-fast barrel racers, freestyle bullfighters, and local bands. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
• There will be a basic safety/CCW class at 10 a.m. at the Putnam County Gun Club in Eleanor. The class will run appx 6-7 hours. The cost is $60. Call 304-416-3275 to reserve a spot.

• Empower & Inspire: Cancer Resources For Every Step will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Valley Park in Hurricane. Learn about the various resources that are available for individuals battling cancer.
