On Monday, June 29th, the Hurricane Fire & Rescue Special Operations Team (HFR) carried out a swiftwater training exercise on the Coal River at Upper Falls. The rapid water flow was ideal for the conduct of emergency swims, boat operations, and high-line scenarios.
