Hurricane Fire & Rescue and Teays Valley Fire Department were notified by Putnam County 911 of the structure fire at 1:21 a.m. and both arrived at the scene 13 minutes later.

Culloden VFD, Winfield VFD and Putnam County EMS also responded. When Hurricane Fire & Rescue arrived, they found the 8,500 square feet structure to be fully involved.
