Cops-N-Rodders’ September Cruise-In

The Cops-N-Rodders Classic Car Club held a cruise-in on Saturday, September 18, on the Putnam County Bank Loan Center’s parking lot. These monthly cruise-ins always attract a crowd of people who come out to see the many classic vehicles which are on display.

In October, the Cops-N-Rodders club will be holding a Trunk or Treat event for their last cruise-in of the year. Although the event will be held two weeks before Halloween, the organizers feel that the Trunk or Treat, along with other community activities, will give children plenty of opportunities to get candy.

This is not the first time that Cops-N-Rodders has hosted a Trunk or Treat. In 2019, they held a similar event in October.

This year’s Trunk or Treat will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 16. Participants are to fill their trunks with candy. Costumes are encouraged. Registration is $10 per car, and there will be door prizes and trophies for the best vehicle in each class as well as Best of Show. For more information, call Andy at 304-562-6903.
