On behalf of the City of Hurricane, Mayor Scott Edwards (right) presented Hurricane Middle School tennis coach Andy Ball with a proclamation declaring November 1, 2021, to be Andy Ball Day in the City of Hurricane. Ball has coached tennis in Hurricane schools for fifty years. He coached Edwards when the mayor was in high school. Ball said that Edwards always showed up.
