Gov. Jim Justice announced the winners of 127 prizes November 30 in “Do it for Babydog: Round 3 vaccination sweepstakes.”

Winners of a $10,000 Educational Savings Fund included Aiden Evans of Hurricane. Educational Savings Fund prizes are in the form of a 529 plan, managed by the State Treasurer’s Office. Funds will be invested and grow over time. The fund can be used for any educational-related expenses, not just higher education.

The 100 young Lifetime Hunting and Fishing License winners included Victoria Allen of Scott Depot, Samuel Deel of Leon, Grace Huff of Hurricane, Grayson Maddox of Culloden, Cassie Mattocks of Winfield, Elias Pendleberry of Hurricane, Landon Thumm of Poca, and Skylar Whitt of Winfield.
