The “Star” on the City of Hurricane watertank was illuminated on Friday, May 27, and will continue to shine until June 17, a total of 21 days — one day for each life lost at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas.

The lighted star is a message of care to the Uvaldo community from the City of Hurricane on behalf of all Hurricane’s caring people.
