Harriet Tubman in the person of a West Virginia Alive reenactor will address Putnam County Homecoming attendees in Winfield at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 10.

The presentation will be on the lawn in front of the courthouse.
Homecoming activities will include the annual parade and the crowning of Miss Putnam County on Sunday, September 11.

The homecoming has been an annual event since 1929 with the exception of the World War II years and the recent Covid interruption.
