Steve Deweese swears to uphold the duties of county commissioner as Circuit Court Judge Joseph Reeder administers the oath of office on Thursday, December 29.

Wife Debbie assisted in the ceremony by holding the Bible. Deweese was elected to the Putnam County Commission in the November General Election to a term ending on December 31, 2028.

Deweese served as Sheriff of Putnam County from 2013 to 2021.
