Taylor Miller, Miss Putnam County Fair Queen; Miranda Witt, Miss PCF Teen Queen; Kylee Stanley, Miss PCF Pre Teen Queen

Taylor Miller of Winfield is the 2023 Putnam County Fair Queen. Miss Miller was winner of the PCF Pageant held March 25 at Pumpkin Park in Milton. She was also selected Miss Congeniality by the other contestants.

She will reign over this year’s nine-day Putnam County Fair from July 7-15. During the fair she will be presenting trophies and ribbons and posing for photos with the winners. Prior to the fair, she will promote the fair by participating in Putnam County’s 4th of July parades.

Following the fair, she will represent Putnam County Fair by participating in the Putnam County Homecoming, Poca Heritage Day, WV Pumpkin Festival, and Hurricane Christmas Parades. She will compete with other fair and festival queens at the West Virginia Fairs and Festivals Pageant in Charleston in January of 2024 for the honor of reigning over the 2024 State Fair.
