Jennings Fulknier’s Grand Champion Market Goat

The 2023 Putnam County Fair 4-H Livestock held at the fairgrounds in Eleanor on Friday, July 14, produced more than $524,000 in sales. After deducting expenses, county 4-H’ers took home $510,773.26 — an increase of 36% over last year’s sale.

More than one hundred businesses, organizations, and individuals purchased eggs, rabbits, lambs, goats, heifers, feeder calves, and steers at the auction.
