Main Street Hurricane is now home to Alex R. White, PLLC. Hurricane city officials hosted a ribbon cutting on Friday, August 11th at noon.

The 2813 Main Street location was the home of The Hurricane Breeze from 1925 to 1984 and most recently to Cha Cha’s Emporium.

Alex R. White, PLLC was founded in Louisville, Kentucky by Alex White who graduated from University of Louisville Law.

White was born and raised in West Virginia and has strong roots to Hurricane. His mother, Linda White, was a Hurricane native and former librarian of Winfield Middle School. Alex said even though his mother is no longer with us to see it, he knows she’d be very proud that the first expansion office of his firm is in her hometown.

White said that the firm has been very successful in a larger and very competitive market but that he has always had a goal of coming back home to help my fellow West Virginians.

Alex R. White, PLLC employs about 30 people including ten lawyers and has proven hard work and dedication to clients pays off. Steve Connolly will head the Hurricane office.
