The 2024 WVAFF pageant winner was Miss Alyssa Brooke Lilly, representing the WV Oil and Gas Festival (Sistersville). She will reign as Queen of the West Virginia State Fair this summer.

Miss Putnam County Fair is Taylor Miller; Miss Hurricane Independence Day is Chloe Armentrout; Miss Yuletide in the Park is Kinley Hayhurst; Miss WV Cupcake Festival is Autumn Wooding; Miss Bridge Day is Alyssa Smith and Miss WV Chocolate Festival is Emma Luikart.
