Grand Jury Indicts 43 Individuals

Putnam County Prosecuting Attorney, Kristina D. Raynes, reports that indictments were returned by the March 2024 Term Putnam County Grand Jury alleging forty-three (43) persons committed one hundred thirty-three (133) felonies and thirty-seven (37) misdemeanors. The following is the defendant’s year of birth, last known address, and offenses for which they were indicted.

Vincent G. Baisi (1994) of 294 Stave Branch Road, Frazier’s Bottom – Kidnapping, malicious assault x2, strangulation, person prohibited from possessing a firearm, sue of a firearm during the commission of a felony, domestic assault, domestic battery, and interference with emergency communications

Christopoher T. Baldwin (1976) of 2532 Virginia Avenue, Hurricane – Breaking and entering, and petit larceny
