Larry Call of Hurricane poses in front of the C&O caboose at City Park in Hurricane on tghe 4th of July. Call retired from CSX as an engineer. His railroad career began as a conductor on this very caboose in the early 1970’s. This caboose logged many daily excursions between St. Albans and the southern coal fields of West Virginia. C&O became CSX in 1987.

Call recalls enjoying many delightful meals that were created and consumed while Caboose 90250 was on the move through hill and hollow.
