Construction has begun on 304 at Valley Pointe in Hurricane. The facility is described as a high-end apartment complex.
At groundbreaking ceremonies on Wednesday, July 17, Hurricane Mayor Scott Edwards said, “This housing complex is slated to be the nicest in the state, and we are so happy that AB Contracting chose the City of Hurricane for this project.”
The words, “nicest in the state,” require the development to be second to none in the entire State of West Virginia. What will qualify 304 at Valley Pointe for thee big words?
The apartment complex will feature amenities not found at any other location in West Virginia. To wrest the “nicest” title from 304 at Valley Pointe, a would-be usurper need offer more than a swimming pool, outdoor pool kitchen, pickleball court, half basketball court, secured access, elevators, clubhouse, gym, wellness studio, sauna, conference rooms, fire pits, dog park, and pet wash because all these amenities team to make 304 at Valley Pointe the nicest in the state.
Allen Bell, president of AB Contracting, Inc., said, “This project will not only provide exceptional living spaces but also contribute to the growth and vibrancy of the Hurricane community.”
304 at Valley Pointe will begin receiving tenants in early 2025. More information can be found by visiting liveat304.com or calling 304-990-4066.
