Youngsters test their axe throwing skills at the Fun Festival.

The Country Roads Farmers’ Market features offerings of local crafters and artisans, produce straight from area farms, and home baked delights at Valley Park in Hurricane each Saturday beginning in May and extending to the end of October. The season for 2024 closed on Saturday, October 26, with a Fall Fun Festival that included an expanded number of vendors. The festival spelled fun for kids with special activities and treats for costumed children.
