This past week, HPD K-9 Cash retired due to medical reasons. K-9 Cash served our community well over the years and will be missed by his fellow officers, administration, and the public, including all the children that have come to love K-9 Cash.

His partner, Sgt. Makenzie White, marked him ‘off duty’ with dispatch for the last time.

Thank you Cash for a job well done!

Cash will now spend his retirement with his owner, Makenzie.
