Putnam Grand Jury Returns Indictments Against 45 Individuals

Putnam County Prosecuting Attorney, Kristina D. Raynes, reports that indictments were returned by the November 2024 Term Putnam County Grand Jury alleging forty-five (45) persons committed two hundred and three (203) felonies and sixty-seven (67) misdemeanors.
The following is the defendantís last known address, and offenses for which they were indicted.

Amy J. Allen of 100 Buck Lick Road in Red House – Child neglect creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury x 28, driving under the influence of a controlled substance causing bodily injury x22, and driving under the influence of a controlled substance with an unemancipated minor

Damion H. Armstead of 177 Woodland Forest in Winfield – Strangulation x2, domestic battery x2, leaving the scene of an accident causing serious bodily injury, driving under the influence of alcohol causing serious bodily injury, attempt to interfere with emergency communications, and failure to maintain control
