Putnam County Grand Jury Returns 42 Indictments

Putnam County Prosecuting Attorney, Kristina D. Raynes, reports that indictments were returned by the March 2025 Term Putnam County Grand Jury alleging forty-two (42) persons committed ninety-five (95) felonies and thirty-eight (38) misdemeanors. The following is the defendant’s last known address, and offenses for which they were indicted.

Diana L. Alford – 10 Lynn Lane, Scott Depot – Malicious assault, domestic battery, and grand larceny

Jacob D. Armstrong – 379 Lick Branch Road, Charleston – Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance x4 and conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance x4

Harry W. Asbury – 5314 Rocky Fork Road #5, Charleston – Burglary, person prohibited from possession a firearm, grand larceny, and breaking and entering
