Ella Grant, Miss Putnam County Fair Pre Teen; Khloe Kirby, Miss Putnam County Fair Teen; Emma Luikart, Miss Putnam County Fair

Emma Luikart is the 2024 Putnam County Fair Queen. Miss Luikart was winner of the PCF Pageant held Sunday, March 9 at Valley Park in Hurricane.

She will reign over this year’s nine-day Putnam County Fair from July 11-19. During the fair she will be presenting trophies and ribbons and posing for photos with the winners. Prior to the fair, she will promote the fair by participating in Putnam County’s 4th of July parades.

Following the fair, she will represent Putnam County Fair by participating in the Putnam County Homecoming, Poca Heritage Day, WV Pumpkin Festival, and Hurricane Christmas Parades. She will compete with other fair and festival queens at the West Virginia Fairs and Festivals Pageant in Charleston in January of 2026 for the honor of reigning over the 2026 State Fair.

The PCF Pageant also produced PCF Teen Queen and Pre Teen Queen winners. Khloe Kirby is the 2024 Putnam County Fair Teen Queen and Ella Grant, the Pre Teen Queen.

The queens and their courts will assist in presenting awards during the fair.
