Governor Patrick Morrisey announced three new appointments to the West Virginia Veterans Council in a press release on Tuesday, December 30th.

Putnam County Sheriff Bobby Eggleton is the first appointee listed. Eggleton graduated from Hurricane High School in 1983 and then enlisted in the Marine Corps, where he spent four years on active duty and two on reserve duty.
