Sophia Eva, 2026 Putnam County Fair Teen Queen; Miranda Witt, 2026 Putnam County Fair Queen; Brianna Barger, 2026 PCF Pre-Teen Queen

Miranda Witt is the 2026 Putnam County Fair Queen. Miss Witt was winner of the PCF Pageant held Sunday, March 8 at Valley Park in Hurricane.

She will reign over this year’s nine-day Putnam County Fair from July 10-18. During the fair she will be presenting trophies and ribbons and posing for photos with the winners. Prior to the fair, she will promote the fair by participating in Putnam County’s 4th of July parades.

Following the fair, she will represent Putnam County Fair by participating in the Putnam County Homecoming, Poca Heritage Day, WV Pumpkin Festival, and Hurricane Christmas Parades. She will compete with other fair and festival queens at the West Virginia Fairs and Festivals Pageant in Charleston in January of 2027 for the honor of reigning over the 2027 State Fair.

The PCF Pageant also produced PCF Teen Queen and Pre Teen Queen winners. Sophia Eva is the 2026 Putnam County Fair Teen Queen and Brianna Barger, the 2026 PCF Pre-Teen Queen.
The queens and their courts will assist in presenting awards during the fair.
