Optimum displayed its commitment to the Hurricane community with a $5,500 donation to Hurricane High School on Thursday, March 26.
Jessica Gebhart, Vice President and General Manager of Optimum, visited Hurricane High School to present donations of $3,000 in support the HHS track and field program and $2,500 for classroom funding.
“At Optimum, our commitment goes far beyond delivering fast, reliable connectivity—we’re invested in the success and well-being of the communities we serve,” Gebhardt said. “By supporting teachers and students at Hurricane High School, we’re helping create opportunities in the classroom and on the field that can have a lasting impact.”
Optimum is a supporter of local innovation and education and has been a sponsor the P.A.R.T.S. Robotics team since 2019 contributing $14,500 to help advance hands-on STEM learning opportunities for students.
