Leonard Roscoe Bird, 81, of Scott Depot, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Leonard is a 1961 graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School and a graduate of WV State College. He is an Army Veteran and retired from Appalachian Power after 37 years of service.
